Refund policy
Galactic Snacks is not responsible for weather-related damage to your order. This includes, but is not limited to, temperature-sensitive items that can freeze or melt such as chocolate or gummy candy. Purchasing temperature-sensitive items from our shop is at your own discretion and does not qualify for a refund or return under any circumstance.
Additionally, Galactic Snacks does not imply nor guarantee delivery of your order by a certain date under any circumstance.
Due to safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage items and all sales pertaining to these items are final. For non-food or beverage items, returns may be approved at the discretion of Galactic Snacks.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from when your order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If a refund has been approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take several days for the funds to be accessible – please contact your bank for additional information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
